Youngstown Business Incubator
Youngstown Business Incubator is a social enterprise organization with a primary mission to accelerate the start-up and development of scalable, technology-based companies in northeast Ohio. One of 13 Edison Technology Incubators supported by the State of Ohio, its portfolio companies develop and integrate information technology solutions and software applications. YBI and its portfolio companies have been awarded intellectual property patents, received national acclaim, won prestigious awards, leveraged over $12M of capital investment and created over 230 high-skilled, technology jobs. The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) works with start-up and existing business owners
providing free counseling services on issues such as business planning, registering a business,

SCORE
The Youngstown, Ohio Chapter of SCORE “Counselors to America’s Small Business” is part of
a national nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation,
growth and success of the nation’s small business. SCORE volunteers serve as “Counselors to
America's Small Business.” Youngstown SCORE provides free and confidential business counseling
tailored to meet the needs of your small business and your personal objectives. Youngstown
SCORE also offers workshops, for a modest fee, for both start-up entrepreneurs and in-business
small business owners.

Akron Archangels Investment Group
The ARCHAngel (Akron Regional CHange Angel) Network is a regional forum for introducing
investors to market-driven, technology-based investment opportunities within Northeast
Ohio and particularly within the greater Akron area. The Network, made possible through
the sponsorship of the University of Akron Research Foundation (UARF), brings together
promising technology companies and Angel investors with a particular focus on businesses
